If you have chosen a Senior Professional membership, then you should use the form below to upload a scanned copy of the submitted 230 form for the 2% tax redirect towards ARIA.
The scanned copy must be in PDF format.
If you have chosen either a Junior Professional or Student membership, then you should use the form below to upload both types of required justification documents.
Specifically, in the upload file section you must submit a single PDF file containing:
- A scanned copy of the submitted form for the 2% tax redirect towards ARIA
- A scanned copy of a document confirming your student status (Bachelor, Master or Doctoral), e.g. your student ID card.
